Much of our current audio work involves converting the old 5/16" (commonly referred to as 1/4 inch) Reel to Reel tapes to CD. These include anything from Studio recordings of long forgotten Bands to Family get-togethers and Christmas recordings. Just like old cine film, these recordings are priceless and deserve to be preserved for future generations to enjoy. We can transfer all 2 & 4 track audio tapes no matter what speed they were recorded at.

Audio Cassettes

As time goes by and the digital era takes over the days of the audio cassette are relegated to history. However, if you've still got your wedding ceremony or priceless recordings of your children's first words on one, then it's time to update!

These small audio cassettes were mostly used for secretarial work back in the 60's & 70's. However, we know many people also used them for dictating their daily activities and created 'audio diaries'. Another common format that we handle was the Grundig DC90 tapes used in the old Grundig C100 player.

Micro or Mini Cassettes Micro or Mini Cassette Pricing

This format is still popular with old answer phone recorders, but it is quickly being replaced by machines that use a chip rather than a tape to store the data. Again, if you have something special that you want transferred from this media, we can do it for you.
